1. Texas Registered Agent Services. My law firm will be your Registered Agent and my office’s physical address in Round Rock, Texas will be your Registered Office of record; &

2. Digital Mail Forwarding Service. E-forwarding service of any (non-marketing material) communications received on behalf of your company within 24 hours of receipt;

3. Annual BOI Report Filed w/ the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Each year, your business’s BOI Report will be filed with the FinCEN, according to the new 2024 federal law, on your behalf.

4. Bi-Annual Legal Update. Each January and July, you’ll receive a bi-annual legal update via email. This twice-yearly e-newsletter will have the latest federal and state-specific (Texas) legal updates that have been enacted and/or approved — so that you are prepared and protected before any new laws take effect.

As an entrepreneur in Texas, state law requires you to designate an official “Registered Agent” and “Registered Address” for your business entity.

This registered agent acts as a point of contact to receive legal notices, compliance documents and service of process notices on your company's behalf, so you don't miss important annual reports, tax, and litigation filing deadlines. They must have a physical street address (that means no P.O. Boxes or digital addresses) in Texas available during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) to properly receive these legal mailings and services.

I like to keep it simple and transparent—there are no surprises here! It's a flat fee billed annually.

You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued and your access to the subscription and any of its accompanying services will be terminated immediately.

**Please note our no refund policy is due to a substantial amount of the legal work being front-loaded at the beginning of the year – such as, filing the annual FinCEN BOI Report & gathering and dispersing legal updates from the last 6 months by January 31st.

Once you subscribe – I’ve got everything handled on my end and you can breathe a sigh of relief. I'll handle filing that FinCEN report each year, forward any business correspondence that comes my way, and provide you with federal and state (Texas) legal updates each January and July. However, there may be something you need to do on your end:

A. If you’re setting up a brand-new business and are electing a Registered Agent & Office for the first time, you’ll add my law firm’s information to your formation paperwork. The correct Registered Agent Name &; Office Address will be emailed to you post-purchase.

B. If you’re already in business and have an existing designated Registered Agent/Office on file, in order for Taylor to start receiving correspondence on your behalf and acting as your Registered Agent, you’ll need to update the Secretary of State’s Office with your new Registered Agent/Office info.
