Description
This wedding photographer contract template was designed especially for wedding photographers.
A photography contract is essential if you want to protect your photo rights and ensure you get paid, but in the case of a wedding photographer you need other industry specific terms.
This Contract is expansive and allows you to retain the following rights:
- A comprehensive retainer payment(s) and schedule terms, so that you’re paid – on time;
- All legal rights (including copyright) to the photos (clients may repost as long as not in a commercial or promotional manner).
- Provisions protecting the Photographer from/for: (1) requested photographs not taken or missed, (2) lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, (3) for lost photo opportunities due to other cameras/flashes or the lateness of the bride, groom, or other principles or (4) schedule complications caused by but not limited to: (a) anyone in or at the event, (b) by the church or (c) location restrictions.
- Right to have the Clients pay for all location fees and permits.
Protect yourself from bridezillas and the mother of the bride (or groom!) with this Wedding Photographer Contract.
